Fixed-scope web implementation as described on Services. Each engagement requires a written scope document (pages, deliverables, exclusions, price, timeline).

Not included unless written: guaranteed search rankings, lead volume, revenue, ad approval, tax or legal advice, 24/7 emergency cover, unlimited revisions.

Prices on the site are “from” guides. Binding price is in the written scope. Typical pattern: 50% deposit, balance on acceptance. Payment by invoice or agreed link — no checkout on this demonstration site.

• Timely provision of copy, assets and approvals
• Accurate licensing, insurance and regulatory statements on your site
• Account ownership (domain, hosting, analytics, ads)
• No submission of malware or unlawful content

Upon full payment, client receives agreed licence to delivered work and source access as stated in scope. Pre-existing tools, fonts and stock remain subject to their licences. Concept demos on this site are not licensed for client use unless agreed in writing.

Lead Website includes a 30-day defect warranty for in-scope functionality. Hosting & Care addresses uptime/maintenance as scoped monthly. Warranty excludes third-party outages, client edits, and issues outside documented scope.

Liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement except where law prohibits limitation (including death/personal injury caused by negligence). No liability for lost profits or indirect consequential loss.

Fictional concept pages are design exercises. They must not be represented as completed client work or performance guarantees.
